Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at Gypsy Soul Boutique! If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below is the 411 if you would like to return an item: Regular priced merchandise with tags still on the item may be returned for store credit within 30 of purchasing. The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs on returns.
FINAL SALE. No turning back now... all items on clearance are not eligible for return. 
Take Care: To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Original tags must be included in return, and if you are able, please include the receipt so we can quickly and efficiently process your return!
Damaged Items: We do our best to check all of our items, but if you receive a damaged item let us make it up to you! Damaged item reports must be made within 3 days of receiving the garment. If it has been more than 3 days, we will not be able to replace the item. Original tags must still be attached to the damaged garment and we must be informed of the damage/defect before the garment is worn. If it is in the 3 day period, we will cover return shipping costs as well as replace the garment.
Out of Stock: Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered may have become out of stock and no longer available. If an item in your order does become unavailable, you will receive a refund notification. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order followed by a refund for the unavailable item. The refund is automated from our system.
Gypsy Soul Boutique is not responsible for the following: Delays with UPS, FedEX, or USPS delays. International duties or customs charges. Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. FedEx, USPS, or UPS will be responsible once we ship the package. Once the package is marked delivered by FedEX, USPS, or UPS you will need to contact whichever carrier was responsible for your package to obtain any information. Please reach out to the carrier directly before reaching out to us if there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery. 
Gypsy Soul Boutique does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
